(Performance and the Performative in the Context of Performing Arts) DijitalLab, Cihangir Akademi
A seminar co-presented by Ayşe Draz and academic Zeynep Günsür Yüceil as part of DijitalLab, a training and production programme exploring the possibilities of digital technologies in the performing arts, supported by the EU Sivil Düşün Programme. The session traced a path from the broad universe of performance as a concept toward the more specific terrain of artistic performance in the performing arts, opening up definitions of performing arts, performance art, and the performative, and mapping the boundaries and intersections between them.
