Author “Thresholds of the Present” in Lunatic Poets (İstanbul: Plevneli Gallery, 2025)
Ayşe Draz wrote the introductory essay “Thresholds of the Present” for the catalogue of Lunatic Poets, :mentalKLINIK’s 2025 exhibition at Pilevneli Gallery. The essay follows the duo’s practice across nearly twenty years, through instability, recursive time, and the figure of the meczup, reading their new body of work as a threshold where the digital and the material dissolve into one another.
